Western Blot: PKC theta [p Thr538] Antibody [NBP3-05454] - Western blot analysis of extracts of Jurkat and HeLa cells, using PKC theta antibody (NBP3-05454) at 1:2000 dilution. Jurkat cells were treated by PMA/TPA (200nM) for 10 minutes. Hela cells were treated by serum-starvation overnight or treated by PMA/TPA (200nM) for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
